I'd love to list the 2 books I have in print.
Book 1 is a memoir, 'Between Two Harbors, Reflections of a Catalina Island Harbormaster'. The book chronicles my 32 years serving as Harbormaster on Catalina Island. Included in the memoir was my involvement coordinating the search for actress Natalie Wood, and her tragic death. It is also an in-depth recounting of what life on a remote island is all about, while raising two sons, and dealing with the vagaries of 'taking care of' over 1,000 boats on busy weekends.

Book 2, a seafaring adventure novel, 'Five Weeks to Jamaica', is very loosely based upon an ocean going journey aboard a 'so-called' 147' luxury yacht bound for Jamaica with 35 other eclectic passengers. After purchasing passage for $500 for the five-week cruise, and expecting comfort, luxury, and fine food, it came as quite a shock that the boat turned into more of a 'Ship of Fools' rather than a luxury cruise ship. Even so, the adventures, romantic interactions, and excitement shared aboard the boat down the coast of Central America, through the Panama Canal, on to Jamaica, and then extending beyond, turned into a life-changing journey for all.
