buddy reads, in a nutshell, are a very fun way to motivate yourself to read a book while also talking about it with some friends! It's a great way to lay a foundation for reviews because typically you're chatting about the book as you go, so you can refer back to your thoughts for reviews!
to request a buddy read, go to the "request a buddy read" topic. tell us what book or books you're wanting to read, and people can join you! create a topic whenever you'd like, then get reading!
