Well, you can't look because Goodreads Search isn't working, but in spite of vowing I wouldn't buy this book, a fairly cheap copy came up on TradeMe, so I grabbed it!

I wasn't aware of this one. Please let us know if it is as good as you hoped it would be. Probably worth it just for the Barbosa illustrations.

OOh great find! I scoured a used/rare bookshop's going out of business sale and the library book sales and NO Georgette Heyer. Not even the modern reprints.

I hope you enjoy having it - I read your review so I know it disappointed you originally, but glad you like the art work.

I got this one several years ago. I found it kinda hard to read. Plodded through it but the art is gorgeous!
