Okay so this was my third visit to Hampstead Psychiatric Hospital. I wasn't even there for two weeks before they released me. So right when I got there I got this doctor named Kelly Lord. First day she met me she wanted to send me home because I was supposedly faking it. Mind you I was in pretty bad shape mentally. Well my mom wouldn't let them. Later on the visit I was moved to a different unit a long term unit. I was supposed to be there for about 6 weeks. Well I snapped at my Kelly because she wasn't listening to my needs I asked her to put me on something for my hallucinations but she said I was on all the antipsychotics I could of tried and nothing worked. I then asked something for my anxiety a PRN (basically I take it when needed) but she admitted I was fine. I asked because my roommate was constantly having seizures. She had a seizure disorder and I caught her having them in her sleep so I had panic attacks and the only way I could cope was scratching at my wrist until it bled. Later on like 2 days before I was released Kelly told me if I overdose on my lithium I wouldn't come back. That had the biggest impact on me because now anytime I get suicidal thoughts I wanna overdose on it. Me and my family think she thought I was there for drugs

See that’s the thing, some people do actually fake it. That’s probably what her first thought is to everyone who goes to that hospital since she had experience with that. Either way, that’s not fair to the people who actually need help.

I only had one good experience but I would never think that unless they showed signs

So Nova was with me (boy is she a needy fuck) she started whining at the bathroom door and I looked out from behind the curtain and I swore I saw feet but nobody came upstairs. She also kept sticking her head into the shower and nudging me to hurry up. Weird as fuck. Idk what ghost is there but its creepy
Her whines were like she was scared.

Wait, I just had a thought.

I think it’s really uncomfortable when someone’s hugging you then they start talking and like..you guys are still in the hug and like your faces are so close while trying to talk. Then you kinda don’t know what to do because they’re talking for to long and you just wanna end the hug.

I get that fireworks are pretty. But being a high school student in the US with all that shit going on it causes me severe anxiety. It also due to me having severely sensitive ears due to me being autistic it gets me really overstimulated. I don't know what to do I am crying and its hard for me to breathe
