Reading it again as an adult gives you a whole different perspective on the story. This book took me days to read because after Milo, Tock, and the Humbug completed some legs of their journey, I felt the need to stop and rest. The wording was intricate and every scene had multiple meanings. Don't skip ahead, read each word and enjoy it. A true classic of children's literature.

This one is on my list to read as the Book from my Childhood. I am looking forward to reading it again with an adult perspective.
