I added a second edition for my book with a new cover, and I would like that new edition to be set as the primary edition. However, when I selected the "Set this book as the primary edition" link in the Edit book details page, nothing changed. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thank you!

Author pages are heavily cached, so it might take up to a couple of days to update. You can see on your book list (which updates much more quickly) that the new cover is visible: https://www.goodreads.com/author/list...So it looks like you updated the primary edition correctly :)
