Hayley walked to school wearing her cheerleading uniform. The skirt was kinda short but she looked cute in it. Her hair was perfectly straightned and her makeup perfect. She was texting one of her friends.

Max took his seat on the bus near the popular group, him of course being part of them. Hr got out his iphone and started texting while he was in mid conversation.

Hayley stood at the corner and finally the bus came. She got on and took a seat in the back across from Max. She texted a football player she was good friends with off her blue touch blackberry.

Max looked up from his phone and saw the beautiful Hayley. He had of course heard of her, and had always had a silent crush on her. He had thought about her all summer, wishing she was with him every second. He smiled warmly at her, "What's up?" He asked, his mind going blank.

"Not much. You?" She asked looking at him and smiled.

Max couldn't stop smiling, "Nothing, just hanging out with my annoying sister." He motioned to Sam sitting in the back of the bus giggling with one of her best friends.

Hayley giggled a little. "Lucky. All I have are older brothers that I live with and watch my every move. My parents died so I have to live with them." Hayley rolled her eyes smiling.

"I wouldn't call me too lucky.." Max said than added, "but than again, I did meet you. That right there is luck."

Hayley laughed. "Your funny." She swiftly stole his phone and was looking through his contact list. She saw the spot where he had pt her name 'Beutiful Hayley' so that if he ever go her number he had a spot. She giggled finding it.

Max's face reddend a little, noticing what he did. Than shrugged it off, "Well..." He said seeing it was a little awkard, "Feel free to add your number."

"Ok." Hayley said putting in her number. She sent herself a text so she had his number. she saved it to her phone. She handed his phone back to him. "Here ya go." Hayley said with a hint of her super cute texan accent.

Max smiled wide, "Thanks." He said, "Don't be surprised if you get a thousand texts a day from me." He said with a smile and walked back over to his seat when he saw the school pulling up, he sat down. The bus jerked to a stop and he climbed out.

Hayley ollowed right behind him. She almost tripped down the steps.

Max glanced back when he saw Hayley almost trip, he offered his hand.

Hayley lightly took it and got off the bus. She held into his hand. It was warm and nice.

Max smiled and grasped Hayley's hand lightly, warm and angelic. He looked into her face. "Do we have any classes together?" He asked.

"I think gym, lunch, math, social, and ela together. And we have 3 study halls together." Hayley smiled walking and holding his hand.

"Perfect." Max said, "I can't wait till gym or any of those classes." He said as they neared the entrance of the building.

"Me either. I think we have gym first and your in my homeroom." Hayley smiled.

"Even more perfect." Max said, filling up with happiness inside. "Wanna sit together at lunch?" He asked.

"Sure. That would e great." She said smiling up at him.

Max smiled back warmly, than entered the school doors. "I hate to get away from you." He said, "But I must go to my locker. But only a few more minutes tell homeroom." He said, "Bye for now, Beautiful Hayley." He said sweetly and walked down the hallways to his locker.

Hayley smiled hapily watchin him go. She walked to herown locker.

Max entered his combination and opened his locker. He grabbed his binders quickly and headed off to homeroom, anxious to see Hayley again.


Sam's locker turned out to be right by Hayley's, she saw Hayley and smiled sweetly at her than returned to her locker. My brother would be soooo jealous. Sh thought, knowing Max's crush.

Hayley grabbed her gym bag with her gym clothes in it and headed to homeroom.

Max arrived at the door of homeroom and entered it, he grabbed a seat at the back of the room and waited for Hayley.

Hayley walked into homeroom smiling. She said hi to people as she passed.

Sam walked to her homeroom, smiling at everyone. She entered her homeroom to see Max in it, she rolled her eyes. O god, no. She thought and sat in a seat farthest away from him.

Hayley walked towards the back.

Max spotted Hayley and smiled, his heart skipping a beat. He saw Sam and rolled his eyes, thinking, Why? looking up at the ceiling.

Sam looked up at the clock, About 20 more minutes. She thought, Come one, homeroom better be over soon..

Hayley walked towards Max smiling.

Max smiled back, motioning for her to sit next to him.

Hayley sat down next to him. "Hey." Her accent kicking in.

"Hi." Max said, than asked, "How long have you had that adorable accent?" He asked, looking into her beautiful golden eyes.

Sam overheard them and rolled her eyes, she checked the time again, 15 more minutes. she thought.

"A whil now. I lived in teas for a while and moved here a few years ago." Hayley smiled brightly.

Max smiled, nodding, "Well I love it." He said.

Sam looked back up at the clock, 13... She thought, counting down the minutes.

"Thanks." Hayley blushed.

"So do we have gym after this together?" He asked her.

Sam kept checking the clock, smiling, only 7 more minutes.

"Yea. I already have my gym things." Hayleysaid.

"I thought so." Max said, than realized he'd forgot his gym things. Dang it. He thought. "Please excuse me for a little." He said and walked up to the teacher told him the story and disappeared into the hallways.

Once he was gone Sam headed over by Hayley, she asked, "So you're Hayley, right?"

Maia silently walked down the hall. She had gym next, her least favorite class of the day

"Yea." Haykey nodded.

Max headed back hurriedly to homeroom with his gym bag. He walked in and and saw Sam and Hayley talking, he looked up at the ceiling again. He walked over and said that it was almost time to go and Sam should go, Sam mumbled and headed off into the hallways, she accidently bumped into Maia. "Oh, sorry." She said, looking up.

Maia smiled a small smile. "No problem." She replied quietly.

Sam noticed how quiet she was, "Are you usually like this?" She asked while she walked down the hall.

Maia followed. "Yeah, not a big talker."

Hayley smiled up at Max.

Sam nodded, "I know what that's like. used to be that way a few years ago." Her eyes went a little hazy, than brightend up again. "What class do you have next?" She asked.

Max looked up at the clock and looked backed at Hayley, "It's almost time to go to gym." He said as a time status.
