Regarding the free book: Mothers Know Best.I discovered that I have an older version of this but had not read it due to the reviews. I looked on Amazon and there is nothing to indicate this was just a republishing of the same story with a new cover. It didn't say it was a new edition, expanded, revised, or had new material. The reviews were not good for that previous print. Check out the reviews before you buy or click on the free.

I'm rereading Destiny by Design- Leah's Journey. It's not fan fiction, but it is Austeneque with a definite nod to Austen's novels. Set at the end of the Victorian era, it starts off in Imperial Russia and ends up in Argentina. Set at the end of the Victorian e..."This is definitely a lighter read, but I loved it. It completely changed the image of Jewish Odessa or the Jews of the upper middle class of the era. The Brodsky family is a good example. I was completely ignorant, I'm ashamed to say. This book was an eye opener on many different levels, but it is charming and Austenesque at the same time.

YES! The Meyersons of Meryton was so clever! I loved it. And Celestial Persuasion was the first Persuasion Fan Fiction I've ever read. Highly recommend all of her books.
