This isn't about quality, it is a different cover.Why do you think it should be replaced? And what is the source of the new image?
The cover is from wolnelektury.pl, the publisher's site. They changed all of their ebook's covers a while ago. These are pretty old and have a bad quality, that's why it would be better to change them.
If covers have changed but ISBN remains the same we add an alternate cover edition, we don't change the existing one.Please link to the source webpage on publisher site and I can do this for you.
I'm having difficulty navigating that site, but the only ISBN I can find there us 978-83-288-1948-1 which would make it a different edition?
Hm, yeah, I can see that. Maybe they did change some of ISBN in that case. When I was looking for other books by them they mostly have the same ISBN as their "older" editions here
If it is a different edition (different ISBN) not already on Goodreads you can request addition at 'Adding new books & editions'
