Ok...lay it on us....what was your favorite book or author this week?

I have been reading this all week, nearly finished it.....C.V Hunt is an amazing horror author!!
MY FRIDAY FAVE!

The Housemaid’s Secret by Freida McFadden!! Phenomenal.

The Sneetches and Other Stories by Dr. Seuss. I read it to my neice over some video chat (I'm not a tech guy, I don't know--nor care--what it was called).

It certainly wasn't David Foster Wallace (I'm still struggling through Infinite Jest). He's ended up on my "authors I'm done with" shelf.

This week I devoured The Snow Hare by Paula Lichtarowicz.
The premise of "life flashing before your eyes" at the time of death is taken to a new level.

Churn the Soil by Steve Stred

Without a doubt, CHURN THE SOIL, by Steve Stred! I just now finished it and absolutely loved it!! I’m about to write my review— 5 enthusiastic starts!!!! ☺️

Churn the soil has been popping up a lot! Added to my TBR.

I enjoyed finishing Chouette by Claire Oshetsky, earlier in the week. It was beautifully written great narration as well on the audio version. 🦉

Also enjoying Woman, Eating by Claire Kohda. 🧛‍♀️

I guess authors named Claire have been my favorites this week. ⭐️
