The last month I've been trudging through a book that's slowly draining me of any enthusiasm I have towards reading (but I'm also too stubborn to dnr lol). I NEED the next book I pick up to alter my brain chemistry!!! Any recommendations of reads that just COMPLETELY floored you/threw your world off its axis? I am so desperate. I love horror, queer fiction, or anything that'll make me cry haha.

OH YES I've been meaning to check this one out!! I read conversations w friends over the summer and simply have not been the same since. thanks for reminding me LOLOL

I'll have to pick this one up then! Any book that floors the reader is a good one haha

a little life. That book has stayed with me ever since I finished it, words cannot describe how much I adore it, I could talk about it for hours. Before I get accused of being a destructor of my own sanity for loving this book, it's just so beautiful, and at first glance, it may seem utterly heartbreaking (well it is haha), but I think that it's so much more than that.
I saw the play earlier this week in London and from that point every time I get a spare moment to myself, I think about Jude and Willem and their story. It stays with you, so treat it with caution xxxx

it’s more a middle grade book but i will never stop talking about Out of my Mind by Sharon M Draper. it makes me cry like every time
