This is perhaps a bit late, but could still make for interesting discussion as we await the nomination results.

Anyone read any notable nominees (any category) for 2015?

I'm nominating two novels I read - Jo Walton's My Real Children and M. R. Carey's The Girl with All the Gifts.

I'm still working my way through some shorter fiction before the nominations close tonight.

As usual, I am behind on what came out the previous year so I tend not to nominate. I am, however, always interested in what might be on the final ballot. I do make a point to read the nominees, providing the library has the book.

Ironically, by book group is reading Ancillary Sword for April's meeting. I'll pop back and start a review of nominees read later in the month.
