Please remove "David Lodge" as the author of this novel. The correct author is "Kingsley Amis". All 117 editions are under the wrong author.

There were a couple of editions where David Lodge was listed as author. I've corrected those editions. David Lodge is still credited as writer of the introduction on a couple of editions.
