Well, with the weather FINALLY starting to thaw, I'm sure that many of you are starting to think about opening up your windows, cleaning out your closets and garages, and sprucing up your houses/apartments/dwellings.

But I know, for myself at least, that it would be nice to do a little mental sprucing up, too.

Do you all have a favorite book that has made a difference for you? Something that has uplifted you, brought you peace, helped you declutter your mind or life? Feel free to share with us the book that has helped clear a little mind clutter in your life!

Devon (devon-elise) | 2 comments Books by women whom have overcome opposition are always uplifting to me. Recently, I've read Bossypants by Tina Fey and #Girlboss by Sophia Amoruso. Both of these women wrote books about their rise to the top and their messy beginnings. Tina Fey proved that the road to success is awkward and weird, but it's better to laugh it off and keep moving on. #Girlboss, a story of a homeless hippy turned CEO, showed me that people can change and grow while still being true to themselves. With all the stress and opposition in life, these humorous books make life seem a little less serious and convince you to keep moving forward.

Karen | 1 comments Peter Walsch's books that sprang from his show are fun and helpful in the de cluttering area. Also the book Throw Out 50 Things.
