Ooh I love Beach Read too! 😍 a good rec for sureDepends on your definition of "no spice" ... Beach Read does have some sex scenes.
the tourist attraction! (it has snow on the cover but takes place in the summertime in Alaska-- the other books of the series are also no spice and super good!)
