I see the the Setup Guide, but I'm not finding an answer to my specific question. I've provided the URL to the Giveaway in my social media posts, and people using the app keep telling me they can't find the giveaway. I'm sure I'm doing something very simple wrong.
When promoting a giveaway (ours launches next week), how do you direct people to the giveaway page on the app? I've been mostly promoting through my social media channels while on my desktop and including the link, but folks using the app on their phones say they are having trouble finding the giveaway. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
