In this journey towards self development I've found that there's a basis, a starting point needed and that goes with Food, Hydration, Sleep and Physical Exercise.
Through some years I've experienced anxiety, and didn't know it was such, I wanted to achieve some things in life (personal and professional) but was constantly hitting a wall. Then I understood that I was not at my best because I was lacking proper eating habits, like lacking nutrients like vitamins, iron, magnesium and so on. Also on dehydrated, not sleeping enough time and not doing physical exercise as I should to relax the mind.
So after I got this worked out I started feeling much better and ready to take other steps.
