Finally got it from the library yesterday, about 1/3 of the way through. I like two alternating points of view, though Cecily is really hard to sympathize with in the beginning (though I believe that is the point), she seems to be improving and I wonder where her character could be headed.
Finished! It was a very compelling book. Anyone else done so we can talk about it with spoilers (and spoiler tags, of course)?My husband and I podcast on history topics and I'd love to bring this book up. I've just got to figure out a way to delve into the history without giving the plot of the book away to potential readers.
I've finally got a copy of this book on my kindle so hopefully I will be able to join in the discussion in a few days!
