Would one story from an anthology count as a short story? Or can a short book, something under 100 pages maybe, count as a short story?

I’m so glad I got no horror! I hope it’s fine with you I changed the order of my genres - there’s no way I’ll find five True Crime nor Dystopian books I’m interested in reading in six months and that’s not even considering the MPG requirement (I’m reading a lot of indy or German/Polish books which often lack genre tags). Yes I totally agree. GoodReads seems to favor the more derogatory term... sigh. But they should match up well.
I read the description for short story and wanted to make sure I understood it correctly. Would one story from an anthology count as a short story? Or do I read the entire anthology? I don't mind the latter; once I start on one I'll want to finish the others, anyway.Or can a short book, something under 100 pages maybe, count as a short story?

This is a 6-month challenge meant to (hopefully) prompt you to try a few new genres of literature!
You will create a pyramid of 10 or 15 books depending on whether you spin the genre wheel 4 or 5 times. The genre tiers are:
First Spin = Top Tier - 1 book
Second Spin = Second Tier - 2 books
Third Spin = Third Tier - 3 books
Fourth Tier = Fourth Tier - 4 books
Fifth Spin (optional) = Fifth Tier - 5 books
You will spin the wheel once to find out the genre for each tier of your pyramid. Once a genre is part of your pyramid you may not use it for another level of your pyramid. If you get a repeat genre just spin the wheel again. A book must list a genre on its home page to count for that genre.
You may eliminate ONE GENRE from your pyramid if you just don't read that kind of book and never want to. If you use this option, it must be the same genre for the entire pyramid.
