Growing Things and Other StoriesThis was a 5 star read for me. Paul Tremblay is a great writer of creepy stories that spark existential dread. Definitely recommended
"Jacqueline in Paris" by Ann Mah. It was mentioned on Goodreads and as I always admired Jackie Kennedy, I gave it a try and now I am pleasantly surprised. There are once in a while good new novels out there. This is definitely one of them.
House of Doors by Tan Twen Eng. Beautiful story. Great writing. Trouble is it had W Somerset Maugham as one of the characters and now I feel the need to read ones I've got again and read all his other stories.
Daughter of the Deep by Rick Riordan. I finally managed to set time aside to start this and finished within the week. I am a huge fan of the Percy Jackson series and his writing. I can totally see him continuing this story but he's got more important things to do (like the newest Percy Jackson book - CANT WAIT)
