He is so smart, observant and perceptive, and HOT! Having done home maintenance and that kind of work he knew something was wrong with the kitchen. He figured it out.

Sam had an awful home life, saved by his relationship with Walter. He received love, learned tolerance and developed sensitivity through that man. Sam became extremely perceptive after having experienced so much ugliness from his biological family. It’s made him an extraordinary man.
