Jana This looks good and is now available from the library on my kindle, so here goes!

Jana I really enjoyed this book. I was able to "get into" the characters. I liked how the book was separated into individual stories focusing on one character at a time, but overall was organized into a more or less chronological story about all of them. I also like that it was like a history of many different things, magic, WW2, comic books, being gay in the 40's, etc. It took me a long time to get through the book, but I am glad I did.

Krista (k_lou) | 48 comments This is the one I'm reading for the Pulitzer week too, I have been wanting to read it for some time now so I hope I enjoy it.

Louise | 22 comments This is my book for Pulitzer Winner week, mostly because I happen to have it but have never read it.

The only book I've read by Chabon previously I didn't like, so I'm really hoping this one goes better.
