I love Apple TV +. I originally joined when it was offered free for a year after I bought a new iPad. I really wanted to watch The Morning Show, which I binged through the first season. Lots of other stuff, too.
I don't have AppleTV. Maybe someone who does can help me out. I wanted to watch Come From Away on Apple TV a few months ago. I downloaded the app to my firestick, then went online to sign up for the free 7-day trial, just like I do with every other app that I want to stream. It should have given me a code to put into my TV so I could watch it. But it told me there was a problem and to use the "contact us" to talk to someone. Every time I tried using the "contact us", it wanted to know which Apple product I was using. I don't have any apple products. I was using my Firestick which is attached to my TV. It says that it supports the AppleTV app. But since I don't own an apple product, I can't use the "contact us" feature on the website. My question is, do you have to own an Apple product to watch AppleTV? If you don't, any ideas on how I can watch AppleTV?
Do you have a smart TV? Can you download the Apple TV app? You don’t have to have an apple product to download the app. You should be able to download the app on your smartphone, too.
I have a Samsung smart TV and downloaded the app. How old is your firestick? Have you tried to add the Apple TV app?

I don't have a smart TV. My firestick is about six months old. I have already downloaded the Apple TV app to my firestick with no problem. I created an account with Apple and put in my credit card info. I chose the free 7-day trial. It gave me the code to load into my firestick which should let me start watching. (It works with all the other apps I use.) But when I put in the code, it tells me to contact Apple Support for more information. Every time I try to contact them, it asks me which apple product I have and wants information about it. I can't seem to get past this step.I haven't tried it on my phone. It's an old phone and I'm not even sure it will let me download any new apps. I don't want to watch TV on my phone anyway.
Robin, you should call Apple support. I gave up on the online support option many years ago because of experiences like yours.
I finished this last weekend and enjoyed it. All 7 episodes are now streaming and I highly recommend a binge if you can.
It’s been renewed for Season 2, which had me scratching my head because I thought it was done. However! The author is writing a sequel! The book will be released before the TV series update. See below for more details.

Read the book and started the series. So far I like it as it's similar to the book. The actors were well picked and believable.

The first three episodes are streaming now, which I watched back to back. They are amazingly true to the book.
