It really seems like the brothers just ignore what she wants to do. They are fine letting her run her little foundation after all that is a good face for the public. But I doubt they would have let her actually have a part in running the hotel empire. They love her but are very condescending to her and the things she thinks are important. She goes along to get along.
I don't think they want her 2-cents on the everyday running of the company. Therefore, they leave her out of the meetings and decision making. I think they feel she has her niche with the foundation and they'll just let her take care of it.I think the blame goes to all of them, including Regan. She should have made it known to them that she has an equal share of the company and they can't do anything without her vote.
The behavior of Regan's brothers made me angry though I recognize that Regan should have stood up for herself and that is exactly what happened before the end..I wonder if anything will happen with Aiden and Regan's friend, was it Cordie?

I kept waiting for Reagan to stand up to her brothers...get in their face and demand her rightful position. I loved when she struck the bargain later on...she'd sign the papers IF they increased the foundations budget! And that, she said, is how it's done! I loved it!
Silk glove over an iron fist. Regan knew what she wanted and was going to do what it took to get it. I think the brothers finally understood that little sis wasn't the push over the always thought she was.
I think their childhood environment set up this relationship and the boys never moved forward to consider Regan as an adult. Alec saw that right away. He mentioned that he would never do that to his sisters nor would they take it. I cheered when Regan stood up to her brothers.
