I loved this book when I was a kid, and really want to find it again. Would have read it in the early 2000’s. From what I remember, it is about a bunch of fish, and someone is stealing the letters in their signs and switching them around so the signs say different things. Really hope someone here may know it cause I can’t remember the title at all.
