** You DO NOT have to choose books in advance, and can change your mind at any time if you do.

** Do as many as you are able and have fun!

2. September 6 is Read a Book Day and September 8 International Literature Day: Read a Book about Books.

3. September is Fall Hat Month, and September 15 both Make a Hat Day and Felt Hat Day: Read a book with a hat on the cover (e.g.: baseball, beanie, beret, bonnet, cloche, cowboy, deerstalker, derby, fedora, helmet, party hat, sticking cap, top hat, witch's hat, etc.).

4. September 17 is Batman (AKA Bruce Wayne) Day: Read a book by an author who uses a pseudonym, such as this month's Featured Author.

5. September 22 is Business Women's Day: Read a book that features a woman who owns her own business.
