Death Dines In and
Death Dines at 8:30
I have Death Dines In, but I haven't read it yet (it's on the pile).
Alas, the only collections I can think of contain only one author. For example:
Agatha Christie:
The Witness for the Prosecution and Other Stories
The Listerdale Mystery
Arthur Conan Doyle:
The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes
The Memoires of Sherlock Holmes
The Return of Sherlock Holmes
His last Bow
The Casebook of Sherlock Holmes
If interested in classic mysteries, I can recommend a couple of Nook ebooks I have been working through -- you do not need a Nook to read them, as you can download apps to read them on your computer or phone.
50 Classic Mysteries -- Includes works by: John Buchan, Mary Roberts Rinehart, Arthur Conan Doyle, Anna Katharine Green, Agatha Christie, Jacques Futrelle, Wilkie Collins, Sax Rohmer, Dorothy L. Sayers and others. These vary in length from novellas of about 100 pages, to 500-pagers by Collins.
75+ Classic Mystery Stories -- This is a collection of classic short stories, ranging from 4 to 40 pages -- with the exception of The Return of Sherlock Holmes, which is 200+ pages, but contains several short stories in and of itself. Writers included: Jacques Futrelle, Arthur Conan Doyle, L. T. Meade and Robert Eustace, Edgar Allan Poe, Anna Katharine Green, Dashiel Hammett (I wish the other collection contained one or more of his longer works), Charles Dickens, Sax Rohmer, Arthur Morrison, and many others.

These come to mind:
DROP DEAD BLONDE by Nancy Martin, Denise Swanson, Elaine Viets, and Victoria Laurie
CRIMES OF THE HEART by Carolyn Hat, Dorothy Cannell, Joan Hess, Margaret Maron, etc.
DEATH CRUISE: CRIME STORIES ON THE OPEN SEAS by Lawrence Block, Agatha Christie, et al.
CHESAPEAKE CRIMES with Donna Andrews and various other authors in several different sets
Plus what Olivia mentioned of the MALICE DOMESTIC anthologies. They have several sets as well.

Another good compilation, again all by one author but an excellent collection, is The Complete Stories by Dorothy L. Sayers.

The Night Awakens: A Mystery Writers of America Anthology
The Plot Thickens
I have read both and they were very good, and the stories are by various authors.
