The Garden
Eddy sighed walking around the garden looking down at the flowers. "This is no way to live." He said looking up at the asylum.
Eliza had walked out into the garden, leaving the girl she was just talking to.
He glanced at the girl with a sigh.
Eliza's brown hair was up in a ponytail as she looked around the garden.
"So, why are you out here?" He asked not looking at her.
" If your asking me, I'm out here to get away from all the craziness I had today," Eliza answered.
"Oh yeah? Why don't you explain yourself." He said.
" I've been everywhere today, the entrance, the hallway, the nurses station, the hallway again, and all of it has been crazy," Eliza said.
He chuckled. "You can't go around this place without running into crazy things."
" I know right," Eliza said as she picked a flower, a white rose to be exact.
"At least there's one good part to this place." He said.
Eliza out the rose in her hair, " What exactly is so good about this place?" Eliza asked.
There's always a place to be alone." He said.
" Eliza Gray Matthews," Eliza replied.
"Nice name." He murmured rubbing his hands together.
" What's yours? " Eliza asked.
" Hmm, nice name too," Eliza said with a small smile.
"How do you figure?" He asked.
" How is it not a nice name?" Eliza asked.
Eliza sighed she walked towards the tree swing.
"So, why are you here?" He asked.
" I killed people, " Eliza said.
"Yeah, so have I but you don't come here just for killing people, what else?"
" They thought I was crazy because I said that people i killed where my true loves," Eliza said.
" I have grown to realize that they were right, they weren't my true loves, but I still think they were just a little bit," Eliza said as she moved the swing a bit.
"I can understand that." He said.
" No one else can," Eliza murmured.
He sighed and nodded in agreement.
" Everyone here cares about them selves, or another person of their kind, it's sickening to see them, sometimes I want to just murder myself, but I can't because my officer never leaves me alone," Eliza murmured and she sighed as she looked up at the guy.
"Well it seems the logical conclusion is to kill yourself if you ever want to get off the rock." He said and looked at him.
" But there's one little thug, I can't kill myself," Eliza said.
"If you were going to do it, what would you do it with?" He asked.
" There are a ton of things I could kill myself with," Eliza said.
"Yes, but which one would be the most easily assessable?" He asked
" The medcine pretty much, or my officers gun or taser," Eliza said.
He looked down for a moment and fell silent.
Eliza got up and walked around, " Nothing is right nor wrong until proven innocent or guilty," Eliza murmured.
"That is entirely incorrect." He said his eyed following her.
" How is that inncorrect?" Eliza asked.
"Even if you are insane you know what's morally acceptable, you have your own judgement to figure out what's right and what's wrong."
Eliza looked around and she sighed as well before she laid down on the ground and looked up at the sky.
"What are you doing?" He asked.
