//HISTORY//
family: One of the four daughters of Norman DeLille and Roksana Drozdov, the firstborns of two renowned the pure-blood families, the DeLille's in Great Britain and the Drozdov's in Russia. Their families arranged the marriage and Roksana was sent to Great Britain. The two had five children together, four daughters and one son, all but one were born in Russia as Roksana would travel home as her due date drew near. The Drozdov line is one of the oldest and largest wizarding families based in Russia to this day, while the DeLille's are smaller and slightly younger yet much purer in blood because of it. The Drozdovs are known to rarely disown members of the family though they don't typically associate with those that marry non-magical or muggle-born or otherwise disgrace their name, however they are known to take back family members that choose to return and said to be one of the more open minded yet traditional pure families (this is most likely due to Russia being one of the accepting countries, examples of this can be seen in the treatment and acceptance of muggleborns, magical creatures and being, halfbreeds, among others). So while the direct line as been kept pure in accordance to tradition, the offshoots have been known to marry muggleborns or halfbreeds as long as the person is seen as acceptable in moral, belief and overall stature. So while the Drozdovs don't exactly believe in blood superiority in the way that Western European families do, they believe in a form of status more akin to tradition. The DeLilles however are known to be harsh and like most of the British families will not stand for association of any kind. As stated above the Drozdovs are believed to have placed more than one of the Moscow Princes in power starting in the 1200s and up until Ivan the Great’s reign in the 1400s, there are records of Drozdovs being advisors to said princes or priests but never having assumed any places of power themselves and always worked behind the scenes. In recent times, they still have a grip in the non-magical Russian government and military but most of their power is now in the magical world since magic is no longer believed in by the non-magical community.
school: By the time Emiliya had reached school age three of her older siblings had already graduated leaving just Karina who was three years older than Emiliya. Her school years were rather mundane, she was friendly enough to be known but wasn't part of any clubs or teams and while she was smart her grades were average for the most part. Her parents arranged for her to meet Cain Xylander in her fifth year during the holidays and the two got along well.
adult life: Cain and Emiliya were married two years after she graduated, but while they were happy in their life together, disaster was about to strike. Emiliya's eldest sister had found the concealed truth about Cain's blood purity, his deceased pure-blood mother had been created by his grandparents in an effort to hide the fact that their grandson was a half-breed with a half-vampire mother. Tatiana had gone to her husband with this newly found information but unknown to them, Tatiana's brother Radimir had managed to overhear the first bit of their conversation before spells were cast concealing it, but it was enough. The next time Emiliya came to visit while Cain was away in Spain studying wand cores, Radimir confronted his younger sister about the impurity of her husband, the confrontation led to Radimir dueling his sister, not believing she had had no knowledge. The duel ended with both in St. Mungos where Emiliya received news that she was pregnant and her condition was critical because of it. In order to save the twins she was carrying, the healers recommended she be kept partially sedated so as to heal and keep her from any strenuous of stressful situations that could endanger both her and the children. Cain was notified of his wife's condition and the cause although vaguely and Emiliya was taken back to the DeLille Manor for the remainder of the pregnancy so that her family could look after her while her husband was away. During this time Tatiana told Norman of her discoveries and the two discussed what should be done about the documents she had found and it was decided that they would cover up the truth in an attempt to keep from scandal and disgrace and to preserve the family's blood purity. Norman then delivered a letter to Emiliya and Cain's home explaining the situation and that he would no longer allow such impure ties within his family, he also claimed that Emiliya had miscarried due to the injuries sustained in the duel. Tatiana, rightfully assuming that her father wouldn't fully explain and carry out what needed to be done, left a letter of her own along with a copy of the documents she had found, further threatening to reveal the Xylanders dark secret if he attempted to contact them. Only Emiliya's parents, Tatiana and Radimir new the truth for certain but rumor spread among the rest of the family living in the manor though it was never confirmed and they knew better than to let it out of the manor. Emiliya went into labour two months early but was only partially conscious for the duration due to the potions she'd had had to take for the past five months. When she woke Emiliya was told that the children hadn't lived more than a few hours after birth due to both the trauma Emiliya went through earlier in the pregnancy and the children being born premature. However unknown to her, her children were very much alive. Norman had altered her memories to wipe away the difficult night including when Emiliya had named the newborn twins, he had then instructed his wife to take his grandchildren to an orphanage somewhere they wouldn’t be discovered. But Roksana was not near as callous or prejudice as her husband and had taken pity on the newborns, placing them in the care of one of her cousins daughters (second cousins) and her half-veela wife, telling the couple that the children were indeed of the Drozdov line but the parents had died. It was easy enough for Norman and Tatiana to fake their deaths and so Zayn and Zarya Xylander are legally deceased on the very day they were born, but Roksana had also been kind enough to tell Alyssa the names that her youngest daughter had given the children and so Zayn and Zarya Belov are living with their adoptive mothers. Alyssa had decided it would be better for the twins growing up to have her spouse’s name rather than her own just because she knew being half-breeds in a pure-blood family, even one who generally was more accepting, was still difficult. Unfortunately for Emiliya, only more bad news was to come because not only did she wake up to the news that her children had died, but that she would have no choice but to separate from her husband because of the impurity of his blood. It was threatened that if she didn't comply then Tatiana would have no choice but to release her findings in the Ministry and the Xylander name would be ruined along with her own family’s. It has now been nearly five years since the two have seen each other. Of late Emiliya has been feeling the missing gap in her memories left when her father unjustly took them, storing them in a ring that Tatiana now wears and is full of not just that secret but the many secrets the DeLilles have hidden over the years, the ring passed down from one leader to the next.

Wandlore and History_ This jet-black wand wood has an impressive appearance and reputation, being highly suited to all manner of combative magic, and to Transfiguration. Ebony is happiest in the hand of those with the courage to be themselves. Frequently non-conformist, highly individual or comfortable with the status of outsider, ebony wand owners have been found both among the ranks of the Order of the Phoenix and among the Death Eaters. In my experience the ebony wand’s perfect match is one who will hold fast to his or her beliefs, no matter what the external pressure, and will not be swayed lightly from their purpose. Dragon Heartstring creates powerful magic even more so coming from an aged Ukrainian Ironbelly. This particular core was taken with purpose crafting an excellent dueling wand, but also an excellent wand overall for any type of magic.

Rare Abilities: Occlumens _ A naturally gifted practitioner of Occlumency. From a very young age Cedric was able to block out the minds of others from his thoughts. This was considered unique to him specifically out of the fact that for some unknown reason the Naming Seer was unable to be used when choosing his name. It is speculated his gift was so powerful and unmanageable inside the womb that he blocked the universe from even knowing what sort of person he would become. In short he is probably one of the few who choose their own destiny rather than have fate write it out.

Personality: Cedric is really just a free spirit intuned with his higher sense of being. He is very creative and imaginative. His goals in life are to become an accomplished inventor of spells and potions and wishes to become a master potioneer. He is a little sensitive, but also very empathetic. Cedric is intuitive with other people's emotions and very compassionate and generous. He is fun-loving, spontaneous, and passionate about his pursuits. He believes in magical and muggle integration and could never be swayed from this thought hoping to one day fight for laws that might allow wizards and muggles to live harmoniously aware of one another. He feels due to muggles only having science to go on their nativity will be their own destruction. Without Witches and Wizards coming out to muggle society their civilization was more than likely doomed due to not being able to solve simple problems like world hunger, world peace, climate change. History: The last of Sasha Belov's known children from the last of his known marriages. His mother, Gertrude Harmon-Belov, was a muggle who learned of a life threatening cancer shortly after discovering she was with child. She had only been married for two years, before Cedric was born. She kept her illness secret from Sasha, who while she was pregnant took her to a naming seer having been completely honest about his magical skills. The seer could not name him for an odd reason she was unable to peer into the child's future as if being blocked by some unknown unseen force. It was this that made the seer determine he was a highly gifted Occlumens as not even fate could know his destiny within. Sasha chose the name for him using Cedric after Gertrude's own father. One day Sasha never returned and later she learned he had committed crimes of some sort and was held in custody without visitation rights.
Cedric's mother died during labor and an emergency c-section was performed to save the baby. Cedric is one of the few people in the world who can see Thestrals not because he has witnessed death, but because he was born from it. There was no magic capable of saving his muggle mother.
Cedric was marked by the Ministry as a child potentially capable of magic after the investigation and arrest of Sasha Belov. He was in a muggle orphanage til he was four by which time he was detected to have used magic, but no one figured out that there was a car as light as a bubble floating around Paris until much later which led to several investigations. Cedric had no choice but to be placed with a magical family. Luckily, his half-sister, Ariadna learned of him in time to get him and keep him with at least one real family member. It was thanks to her wife Alyssa Drozdov. Ariadna was the eldest child of Sasha Belov. She adopted her half siblings, Stefan and Cedric, with her wife. Later, the couple adopted cousins of Alyssa's. Twins, Zayn and Zarya Belov. There was a blood purity dispute and they were halfbreeds which meant their DeLille family would not have their name tarnished by bad blood and would rather send them off.
Cedric got to witness his brother start at Koldovstoretz. He was placed in Vornin House and was quickly placed in Black Court his second term. Cedric went in two years later joining Romanov House and his second term was placed in Azure Court. Unfortunately, the boys had to exchange from Koldovstoretz to Hogwarts when their "mother" Alyssa had to do Ministry work on investigating and tracking criminal activity connected to Gellert Grindelwald. The family was moved quickly to the UK, but neither of their mothers wanted that life affecting them so they moved as close to the school as possible. The family has a cottage in Hogsmeade on the edge of the town limits away from all the store and shop streets. The train tracks run about three acres back behind their home. Starting up at Hogwarts Cedric was placed in Gryffindor, while his brother was placed in Slytherin. Both were very ambitious boys raised by their sister as her sons they grew up in a genuinely healthy lifestyle together. Cedric strives to be a master potioneer and spell inventor once he graduates. His goals are very precise and it is no doubt he is capable.of achieving them.

The daughter of a wealthy merchant, Ophelia’s father enchanted his ships so they would always sail smooth and reach their destinations as well go a little faster than was average, and so was known for his reliability and speed.
Ophelia became fast friends with the princess/lord’s daughter, who had been gifted with magic despite having non-magic parents, but when NAME yet again set sail it was years before the girls saw each other again. When they did it was clear things had changed and what was a childhood friendship blossomed into something else. Unfortunately, their love was found out by NAME’s cousin who had long suspected Ophelia was truly a witch after he had been all but enchanted by her since they were kids. He approached the two and threatened to expose not only their relationship but also have both of them accused of witchcraft unless Ophelia agreed to leave his cousin for him. Ophelia was about to agree when NAME, not having been properly taught to control her magic in her emotions by another witch, accidentally placed a curse on her cousin which turned him into a leper covered in boils and patches. NAME was so enraged, believing Ophelia had done it because he did not know NAME was truly a witch as well, that he rescinded his offer and went to the king/lord with the claim that Ophelia had cursed him. Ophelia was going to attempt to leave the kingdom with NAME when she was found and arrested. The king/lord demanded that if she returned his nephew and heir’s health then he would allow her to leave to the kingdom as long as she never came back, but it was a trick to get her reveal she was truthfully a witch and Ophelia suspecting as much claimed she could not. She was then sentenced to death, not in the traditional form of burning at the stake but of hanging by the neck. Unfortunately while Ophelia could have easily survived being burned at the stake, she could not fake her death via hanging. NAME, knowing this, confessed that it had indeed been her who had cursed NAME and that Ophelia was innocent. To prove her point she healed her cousin of the leperacy she had given him through an impressive feat of control on her part, but all this did was cause her to fall in the very trap that her father had planned for her lover. Her father, being publicly betrayed by his daughter, then sentenced her to death in the traditional way of burning at the stake to be carried out this very night. Ophelia was bound in chains and imprisoned, but unknown to her, her lover was set to be burned much sooner than she had been told. She had planned to escape before sunset and rescue NAME just before she was killed, but by the time Ophelia had made it out of the dungeon, NAME was already on her last minutes of life with no hope of surviving when Ophelia had arrived. To preserve her lover’s memory, Ophelia then transfigured her into a (TREE OF SOME SORT). It was clear that Ophelia had been the one to perform such magic and so when they arrested her yet again she did not try to escape. Ophelia was hung using the very tree that had been her lover and so the two died and were remembered in folktales which tell their love story as if it was not real, most still belobe Ophelia haunts the TREE to this day because people say they hear her murmuring to her lover.
