It soon becomes clear to Stacey that Terence is now stalking her. Why didn’t she tell anyone?

I didn't get this at all. Stacey does this because she worries about the team thinking she is squeamish. Kim nor anyone else in the crew would hold it against her. It made me angry that Stacey still has secrets from the crew. I was even more surprised that she didn't tell Devon. Devon would have her look at Terence differently and let Kim know.

This was just nutty. I understood her not saying anything after the first dust up since she wasn’t sure it was him. But when it became clear and she approached Alison for the psychology of stalkers, Stacey crossed a line. She’s been here before!

I agree "nutty" for sure.
