Christine Mathieu | 319 comments I'm impressed with Nathaniel Philbrick's non-fiction book about the Mayflower and the Pilgrim fathers.
I've been to Plimoth Plantation several times and met Nathaniel Philbrick in person in the summer of 2006 when he signed his new book "Mayflower".
He told me that he is a neighbor of my friend Nancy Thayer, an author. Both live on Nantucket.
Before that 'veI read "In the Heart of the Sea" (the true story of Moby Dick), but I like "Mayflower" much more.
