Im reading an Attack on Titan DELUXE EDITION that includes 2 tomes of the previous edition in a single tome.

This versions are in Spanish from Panini Manga Mexico.

I have 3 tomes in my hand.

Tome 5 ISBN 978-607-636-522-9 (Includes regular tomes 9 & 10)
Tome 6 ISBN 978-607-636-622-6 (Includes regular tomes 11 & 12)
Tome 7 ISBN 978-607-636-659-2 (Includes regular tomes 13 & 14)

I do not know how this versions should be added, even the cover changes.

It seems there are other entries in the database that include the same tomes (e.g. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...) so I'd say they should be added as another edition of those. Cover differences do not matter as long as the content is the same.
