cover was released today!!!

Is anyone else slightly disappointed that the sprayed edges don’t have a decal? I mean no biggie just my ocd and love for all things aesthetically pleasing. 🥰

The cover looks SO good! But yes, a little disappointed that we’re only getting sprayed edges and not stenciled. The author commented on a TikTok saying it was either release it without stenciled edges in November, or do stenciled edges and release in May 2024. Getting it sooner makes the edge design hurt less lol!

So I take it back they just released the photo with sprayed edges.. I think they were saving it for like a second reveal maybe? Trying to tease us aye!? Loll

The sprayed edges are from Waterstones — I think it’s they’re exclusive and not from the publisher. The pre-order sold out crazy fast!

I’m hoping we will get a Barnes and Noble exclusive! One can hope

Has anyone figured out what the other pre-order item releasing the same day as Iron Flame is on Amazon? There is no image, the number of pages is different, there is no title and it is a different price than the Iron Flame Hard Cover. The person who recommended Fourth Wing and follows BookTok clued me into it. I already pre-ordered Iron Flame since I just finished Fourth Wing and cannot wait for more. So, I hope it is something great since I blindly pre-ordered this mystery release.😃

No one has been able to confirm exactly what it’s going to be, but there is proof that Target spilled the beans about it being Rebecca’s. There are screenshots on Reddit from target with her name listed as the author! Then Target quickly removed that yesterday and it’s only showing “untitled” now lol

How do I find this mystery release? Do you think it is going to be an exclusive copy?

I pre-ordered from Amazon and Target in case they have different editions of whatever it is 😂 Maybe it’s just a stenciled version? Don’t know why they would hide that though

Update: I impulse bought the untitled release on amazon lol. So we are all in this together

I saw a preview of it from my niece and went back to my pre-order section on Amazon to see if they included anything new, and the full details are there along with the photo.😏 I did not share the deets here just in case some wanted to be surprised. I am really happy I ordered it.

I ordered it on Amazon!! I am glad I ordered it but I was also a little disappointed that it was not something new. I was hoping for the codex or something along those lines. That being said, I am keeping it!!
