I still had no idea who the boss man was. I wasn't sure whether it was someone from their region or someone big from father away.

This mysterious Paul Newton Pruitt who had made a new life to escape his criminal past. Of course, we have no idea who he is in Serenity. I was still stuck on Kyle Heffermint, but was beginning to look closer at the older men in this town.

I didn't know what to think when JD was found dead. At this point I thought it was a group of people involved. Kyle was my leader of the gang, but I was wondering what I missed.

JD was a tough guy, right? I began to wonder who he would respect enough to follow and take orders from.

Good point. I didn't think of it that way.

I always knew JD wasn't the ultimate bad guy. But I never did guess who the bad guy might be. That was a surprise.

Kyle was my number one suspect. After him, I thought J.D.'s boss might be Eli Whittaker. I figured it was probably someone with money who J.D. would actually listen to.

I thought the same as most of you. I think the reveal of JD's side business of blackmailing people changed my mind somewhat. I did not know who the main bad guy and his boss was.
