Calisto is sitting at the Hufflepuff table, eating breakfast alone.

Freya walked into the Great Hall, taking a seat at the Slytherin table and avoiding making eye contact with anyone.

Calisto followed her with her eyes, but didn’t do anything. She was always extremely shy.

Freya looked up and saw a Hufflepuff girl staring at her. She rolled her eyes and looked away.

Hey, you 2 are Hufflepuffs like me, right?

(I'm a Slytherin.)

(oop ok)

(forget i said that) Hey Calisto! who's your buddy here?

Calisto bit her lip and looked away, as well. She didn’t like slytherins, much.

“Um… I have no clue. I was just watching her.” Calisto gave Rory a weak smile.

oh so you too arent buddies? *looks confused* guess im a bit too naive for this.

“Oh, no, your ok. How are you, Rory?”

*sits down placing study books down* ughhhh potions class is hard this year!

Freya grinned and looked back up at the girl who had been joined by another Hufflepuff. Perfect, she thought, two freaks sitting together. She stood up and started walking towards them.

Im doing great!

*smiles widely* how about you?

“I enjoy potions.” She shrugged, “oh no, oh no, here she comes…” she looks at the slytherin girl.

Dude dont say that so loud! she could hear us. plus, she doesnt seem all too bad.

Freya stopped once she was standing right next to them. "Hey there, Hufflepuff. Were you staring at me for a reason?"

“Yeah, well, try being shy, like me. They don’t…they don’t like me, much.”

"which one" they stand up "we were both looking at you." Rory's eyes narrow as her gaze shifts to the Slytherin's face.

Calisto jumped, clearly unaware that the slytherin was that close. “No.” She squealed, “I just..”

"stay calm, Calisto." Rory whispers. "im so sorry if we bothered you, we disnt mean to be rude.

Freya ignored the second Hufflepuff. She wasn't the main target. "You just what?"

“No, you weren’t rude,” She squeaks, glancing at Rory, and smiling at them, but a strained smile.

“I just was bored. I was just looking around. I’m sorry…” she whispered, panicked.

((Oh sorry ignore the ‘no you weren’t rude’ I read it wrong))

"Keep your eyes to yourself next time, okay?" She turned and started back towards her own table.

Calisto looked mortified, and slumped a bit, playing with her fork.

Calisto watches the slytherin walk away.

Freya sat down back down and sighed. Why did she have to hate Hufflepuffs again? She'd have to ask her mother later.

"so rude. i sont understand how people can be like that!" rory sighed. she went back to her potions class studying. "can you help me study? you took potions last year." rory looks up at Calisto.

Jaylen sat down at the Ravenclaw table, trying not to look directly at the Slytherin girl who'd just stormed past him.

“Yeah sure,” Calisto drags a book out of her bag, a flush in her cheeks.
