In ancient Greek culture, the Muses were the inspirational goddesses of literature, science, and the arts, and were considered the source of knowledge in poetry, songs, and myths. Should you feel inspired to join this challenge, post a message below letting the challenge leader know how many books you plan to read.

Read an epic (ancient or modern), or a book with a writing instrument/crown on the cover.
2. Clio is the Muse of history.
Read a classic/historical fiction, or a book with a book on the cover.
3. Euterpe is the Muse of music.
Read a book involving music or with a musical instrument on the cover.
4. Thalia is the Muse of comedy.
Read a comedy or a book with a joyous woman or ivy on the cover.
5. Melpomene is the Muse of tragedy.
Read a tragedy or a book with a sword/knife or footwear on the cover.
