Max | 3 comments Hi! I'm looking for a book that discussed the importance of educating and paying attention to today's children, particularly in the context of today's social issues (e.g. racial issues, gender identity, poverty).

I saw this book at a Barnes and Noble in Los Angeles in June 2023, and I remember the cover was white with some black, bold text. I'm very sure the book was published in recent years, because it was in the "New Non-Fiction Releases" section and looked quite modern in style. The book also specifically talked about Gen Z / Gen Alpha kids and seemed to be centered around present American issues, suggesting it was written by an American author.

I'm quite certain the book was not about parenting and more of a social/political commentary.

I also remember the "about the author" section mentioning the author was an expert in child psychology, though I may be misremembering this part.

Hello! Thank you for the suggestion, but this isn't it, sorry! The book I remember didn't mention previous generations, and only focused on Gen Z / Alpha.
