Hey Kelsie, I recently bought the Kobo! I’m also new to Goodreads and this group. I used to be an avid reader when I was a child but I had no time to casually read due to school and other things. So I’m picking it back up and I’m mostly into horror/thrillers as well. With Harry Potter as the exception haha I haven’t read many books so far, but I like The Hollow Places by T Kingfisher, The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson and Books of Blood by Clive Barker. I’ll send you a friend request.

I just finished, Nothing But Blackened Teeth and it just didn't do it for me, it's been a long time since I feel I had a wasted read
Good morning everyone
@Kelsie: Hey! Welcome to the Kindle family as I also love my Kindle! I'm glad to hear you got back into reading as that was pretty much me back in July of 2021. I love horror, mystery, suspense, and thriller so needless to say, LoL I'm enjoying some of the best genres out there :-)Horror by far is my favorite so I know exactly what you mean. The scarier, the better!
For me, my favorite horror novel is hands down IT by Stephen King. I read it as a teenager and not only did it scare the hell out of me but it turned me into the horror enthusiast I am today.
That's so awesome you finished reading Seed as I did as well a few months ago and very much enjoyed it! Ahlborn is such an amazing author :-D
I sent a friend request your way and look forward to future horror discussions!
Hey Kelsie!I'm currently reading The Shining and as a fan or the movie(it's literally my favorite film) I have found the book quite interesting and am noticing all the differences between the book and film.
I like to read horror, thriller and suspense novels but I'll admit I'm not an avid reader so me picking out a favorite to recommend would be hard to do.

Anyways! I'm interested to hear your favorite horror/thriller/suspense book is! I just finished reading Seed and it was okay not my favorite for sure.
Also, be my friend!
