The book is already here and this is not the place for self-promotion. To give this thread a purpose, I have added the cover.

I published a couple of works of fiction in the US six or seven years ago, and I have also been very active as a literary translator, with titles such as Fredrik Backman's "A Man Called Ove" and Tom Malmquist's "In Every Moment We Are Still Alive" in my repertoire. But I was unprepared for the difficulties I had to go through in trying to publish my novel, "A Bit of Black". The story is that of two parents dealing with a tragedy in their family, when their son falls off a mountain. Gradually they begin to realize the scale of his problems in the lead-up to his accident, and now they must face the consequences in their marriage.
After having a large number of rejections for my book, I recently decided to put up "A Bit of Black" as a Kindle e-book and I would love to hear what readers make of it. It is written in the school of Iris Murdoch and John Fowles - English, literary in tone, but not unapproachable.
