Please correct the title of DICTIONNAIRE DU JAZZ. to Dictionnaire du jazz (lower case, no point). Please correct the author to Frank Ténot and add Philippe Carles as co-author. The data is otherwise correct, I can confirm from my own copy of the now rare edition.
