Reenbean | 39 comments Any interest in a group read with a book by Carsten Henn? An English translation of Der Buchspazierer (The Door-to-Door Bookstore) had just been released.

Penelope | 168 comments I am unfamiliar with that author but would be happy to consider as a read or a group read. Currently waiting for my copies of Christoph Hein and reading the Inheritance of Lion Hall but the more the merrier!

Reenbean | 39 comments Thanks, Penelope. I also have a few books going or in the queue. So perhaps an October or November read would work. I'll circle back to the group in a month or so.

Lesley Schuldt (stmbt) | 21 comments I read it before it came out in English and it's a great story.

Reenbean | 39 comments Shall we read Buchspazierer/Door to Door Bookshop, then, for October/November? Or just for October? Should be a quick read, but I'm finishing up a couple of other books. Looking forward to it.

message 11: by kubelot (new)

kubelot | 109 comments it looks indeed like a quick and pleasant read, perhaps October is enough?
