Sam and Nick…their encounter was off the charts steamy. Did you sense something more? Do you expect he will call?

They were soooo hot. I felt like Sam is more than a little scared that she felt so much so soon. I'm sure something is going to happen and he doesn't call.

I definitely sensed a strong connection, especially when Nick didn’t turn out to be someone sketchy. I plead the fifth on the second part of the question.

I expected Nick to call several times while he is away. There is a definite connection.

Anita, I agree with you. If he didn't call while he was away (and I wouldn't have expected that from him, as his usual behavior), but I think something came up on his side that she won't be aware of.

As I have read the next book, I had an inkling of what would happen. I will be re-reading as I can't remember the exact details.
