1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
beat together in a stand mixer (if you don't have a stand mixer you can use a hand held mixer)
then in a separate bowl mix together:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chip
slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. then roll them in to 1/4 cup sized cookies, press down, and freeze for 15 minutes.
preheat your oven too 350° and bake for 15 minutes!

• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp each of cinnamon, ground cloves, & nutmeg
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 can of pumpkin
• 3/4 cup butter
• 2 eggs
♡ instructions ♡
1. preheat oven to 325°F
2. in a bowl whisk flour, baking powder & soda, salt, and spices. this will be your dry ingredients.
3. in a separate bowl, beat butter & sugar with a mixer until crumbly.
4. add eggs, beat until fluffy.
5. add pumpkin, beat, then add dry mixture.
6. transfer batter to a loaf pan & bake for 65-75 min.
7. cool for 10 min and enjoy!
