3 Pumpkin Pie
A pumpkin-based custard flavored with nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger, baked in a single pie shell. Sometimes the crust is a graham cracker crust or a pastry dough crust. Very common in the autumn and early winter holidays such as Thanksgiving in the USA.

4. Key Lime Pie
Key lime pie is an American dessert pie. A pie made with key lime juice, egg yolks, and sweetened condensed milk in a crust, often a graham cracker one. The dish is named after the small Key limes, which are more aromatic than the common Persian limes, and which have yellow juice.

5. Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb pie is a pie with a rhubarb filling. It is popular in the United Kingdom, where rhubarb has been cultivated since the 1600s, and the leaf stalks eaten since the 1700s. Besides diced rhubarb, it almost always contains a large amount of sugar to balance the intense tartness of the plant. The pie is usually prepared with a bottom pie crust and a variety of styles of upper crust.

6. Mississippi Mud Pie
Mississippi mud pie is a chocolate-based dessert pie that is likely to have originated in the U.S. state of Mississippi, hence the name. It contains a gooey chocolate sauce, brownie and chocolate custard on top of a crumbly chocolate crust. It is usually served with ice cream. The name "Mississippi mud pie" is derived from the dense cake that resembles the banks of the Mississippi River.

7. Boston Cream Pie
A Boston cream pie is a cake with a cream filling. The dessert acquired its name when cakes and pies were cooked in the same pans, and the words were used interchangeably. In the late 19th century, this type of cake was variously called a "cream pie", a "chocolate cream pie", or a "custard cake". Boston cream pie is the official dessert of Massachusetts, declared as such on December 12, 1996

9. Pastilla
Pastilla is a North African meat or seafood pie made with warqa dough, which is similar to filo. It is a speciality of Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia, where its variation is known as Malsouka. It has more recently been spread by emigrants to France, Israel, and North America.

10 Chicken & Mushroom Pie
Chicken and mushroom pie is a common British pie, ranked as one of the most popular types of savory pie in Great Britain and often served in fish and chips restaurants. It is also very popular in South Africa. The outside is usually a full top and bottom crust, with the filling made up of small pieces of chicken and sliced mushrooms in a creamy sauce. The top crust is typically puff pastry.

11. Kreatopita
Kreatopita is a traditional Greek meat pie that you’ll traditionally find made in the villages across Kefallonia. They may not look like the fanciest of pies, but they are packed with so much flavor! They are also easy to make and can be a great way to use up some cuts of meat that you have in your freezer. This pie is a two meat pie: A traditional pie that uses two different portions of meat in the filling.

12. Canele
A small French pastry with a soft and tender custard center and a dark, thick caramelized crust. It is flavored with rum and vanilla.

13. Vasterbotten Cheese Pie
A pie filled with a mixture of Västerbotten cheese, cream and eggs. Västerbotten cheese is a cheese from the Västerbotten region of Sweden.

14. Banoffee Pie
An English pastry-based pie made from bananas, toffee and cream, either on a pastry base or digestive biscuit crumb crust.

15 Maple Custard Pie
Maple custard pie is a custard pie from the cuisine of New England. Maple custard pies are sweetened only with maple sugar. Each year in New England maple sugar is made with the sap collected from local trees, a New England tradition dating to the 18th-century boycott of sugar imports from the West Indies. The tradition of making maple pies continues into the present day but is not as common as it once was.

16. Geraardsbergse mattentaart
A typical dessert of the East Flanders, mattentaart is a small puff pastry pie with a tender, almond-flavored cheese curd filling called mattenbrij. These delicious Flemish pies are traditionally made in the city of Geraardsbergen and the neighboring village of Lierde, and their production depends heavily on the Geraardsbergen area's dairy produce, since genuine mattentaarts are prepared using only fresh milk, butter, and buttermilk from the local farms.

17. Kljukuša
Kljukuša is a traditional Bosnian dish made by grated potatoes mixed with flour and water or milk/yogurt/cream. It's baked in an oven until golden and crisp on the outside and soft inside.

20. Limburgse Vlaai
Limburgse vlaai is a pastry consisting of dough and a filling, traditionally associated with the provinces of Limburg found both in the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as parts of Germany across the border. A vlaai is usually 26—31 centimeters in diameter. It is available in many different varieties of fruit fillings, such as cherry, apricot, strawberry, and plum. Other variations are a crumbled butter and sugar mix and a cooked rice and custard porridge. Vlaai is often eaten on special occasions and for significant life events.

21. Cherry Pie
Traditionally, cherry pie is made with sour cherries rather than sweet cherries. Morello cherries are one of the most common kinds of cherry used, but other varieties such as the black cherry may also be used. Cherry pie is associated with Europe and North America. Due to the cherry harvest in midsummer coinciding with Canada Day and America's Independence Day cherry pie is often served on these holidays.

22. Sugar Pie
Sugar pie is a dessert in northern French and Belgian cuisine, where it is called tarte au sucre. It is also popular in Canada.
Various type of tarte au sucre are made. Some are a leavened dough topped with beet sugar or brown sugar, others have a crust containing a homogeneous sugar mixture which is similar to caramel after baking. The French Canadian version of the dessert sometimes uses maple syrup.

23. Melopita
Melopita originated from the Greek island of Sifnos, it is often served in various cities of the country nowadays. It translates to honey pie and is traditionally served at Easter.

24. Shepards Pie
Shepherd's pie, cottage pie, or in its French version hachis Parmentier is a savory dish of cooked minced meat topped with mashed potato and baked. The two English terms have been used interchangeably since they came into use although some writers insist that a shepherd's pie should contain lamb or mutton and cottage pie should have beef.

25. Crostata
A crostata is an Italian baked tart or pie. Traditionally, a crostata consisted of a base, usually three layers, of friable dough "flavored with clarified fat and butter". Today, short crust pastry is used instead. It is differentiated from a torta by its filling: a crostata has an inconsistent chunky filling.

26. Steak and Kidney Pie
Steak and kidney pie is a popular British dish. It is a savory pie filled principally with a mixture of diced beef, diced kidney (which may be beef, lamb, veal, or pork) and onion.

27. Blueberry Pie
Blueberry pie has a blueberry filling. Blueberry pie is readily made because it does not require pitting or peeling of fruit. It usually has a top and bottom crust. 28. Borek or Burek
Burek is a family of pies found in the Balkans, Middle East and Central Asia. The pastry is made of a thin flaky dough such as filo with a variety of fillings, such as meat, cheese, spinach, or potatoes. A borek may be prepared in a large pan and cut into portions after baking, or as individual pastries. They are usually baked but some varieties can be fried. Borek is sometimes sprinkled with sesame or nigella seeds, and it can be served hot or cold.

29. Kvrguša
Kvrguša is a traditional Bosnian specialty consisting of a layer of dough and chicken pieces. The base of kvrguša is prepared with a combination of flour, eggs, and milk. The combination of flour and milk is poured into round pans, and the dish is finished off with the addition of various raw or previously fried chicken cuts, such as thighs and legs, which are placed on the top. The pie is slowly baked until the meat is done and the dough develops a golden, crispy crust. Immediately after baking, kvrguša is topped with sour or clotted cream.
