When we have enough people. so once all the districts are filled. At least 12 active people preferred 16 active people. So invite people and ask them if they are interested.

How do combat rules work? Once we've started the games anyways?

we will have a few that will just die in cornucopia, but otherwise you must check with who you are rping with to see if they are okay that you injury/kill their person. no weaponds cn be coated in anything without it being publically know being getting the permission to do whatever.

" How are you still fighting that poison was supposed to kill you instantly"

the blade was not mentioned to be poisoned so can not be accepted. if it were said to be poisoned earlier and agreed on the level severity of poison
