I was just going to recommend House in the Cerulean Sea by T. J. Klune. That one and The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sangu Mandanna were the coziest fantasy books I've read so far!

Both of them are on my TBR... I've heard it has a found family trope and it seems so cute and wholesome :)

T. Kingfisher's A Wizards Guide to Defensive Baking was really good. the middle is a bit of a slog, but it was worth it. Nathan Lowell's The Wizard's Butler has been my favorite cozy fantasy. The story isn't the most original, but the execution was fun.
Totally forgot about the Raven Cycle by Maggie Stiefvater, it's a YA fantasy that gives cosy autumnal vibes. I feel like Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo could also fulfil cosy vibes, probably most dark academia books would fit into this category, like Babel by R.F. Kuang.
