Ben | 1 comments Hi all - happy to be a part of this group! I am a cancer biologist at the University of Pennsylvania, and my book FROM ONE CELL was recently published by W.W. Norton. The book is about how all of us, and all creatures that walk, crawl, swim, or fly their way across the earth develop from a single cell. The story is told mostly through the eyes of scientists whose discoveries informed our understanding of embryonic development. No science background required!

Shortlisted for the 2023 Athenaeum of Philadelphia Literary Award.
