YA Book Club 2025 (paused) discussion

Hi, this is the discussion topic for week 1's progress with our October book, Every Exquisite Thing.

This topic can include spoilers up to the end of chapter 10, so only continue reading this post if you have read up to this point.

I adore Laura’s writing style and I thought the opening of this book sets it up really nicely!

❓ What do you think of the characters so far?

I read the first section on Friday morning and I'm totally in! so atmospheric! I nearly didn't stop but I also want to make this one last so will stick to my Friday morning read of it! I knew this would be good!

I'm so glad you're enjoying it! The atmosphere is amazing. If I'm into a book, I love reading it in sections like this. It's so lovely looking forward to the next part!
