I read Last to Leave the Room by Caitlin Starling. A very interesting speculative thriller with queer and disabled main characters. This was the first book of Starling's that I've read, and I'm definitely adding her others to by tbr list.
Book 5/52 is Lincoln In The Bardo by George Saunders. Saunders is an author I’ve been meaning to read for years - and he’s at the peak of his powers here. Inventive, sensitive and meticulously crafted - it takes a minute to get used to the structure but once you’re into it, you’re in for such a treat.
I read Lord of the Flies by William Golding - not for me, I think! This is the first I've completed for my classics group.
I read Let Us Descend
by Jesmyn Ward Jesmyn Ward. A difficult read, but one important to process and understand.
I read The Last Protector by Andrew Taylor - book 4 in the Marlow and Lovett series.
I'm reading Last Bus to Woodstock (Inspector Morse #1) by Colin Dexter for this one
I am currently listening to The Locked Door by Freida McFadden.
