For #10, it's a transcription issue - the name can be/has been written either way. As further evidence, Koutoub's biography in english on the site "Religions for Peace" includes in expanded form many of the same details as Koutoubou's biography in french on the back cover of the CNDD book - time at universities in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, & Tunisia as well as his multilingualism & posts with the government of Guinea. (I linked the bios directly but goodreads blocked me from submitting the comment, so hopefully I gave enough info that you can find them to verify.)
